Warm minimalist adds a soft header panel. Ink-light removes that panel; the writing space and content stay the same.
These are PDFs for printing and writing on, not editable templates or fillable forms. No printed item is supplied.

From a meal to a shopping list.
Start with meals for the days you know. Check your cupboards, then write the ingredients you still need, with quantities.
The grocery list groups produce, bread and grains, protein and dairy, pantry items, frozen items, and other purchases.
Leave space for leftovers and changes. The sheets organize your choices; they do not include recipes or personalized meal recommendations.

Print at your own pace.
Use US Letter paper, 8.5 × 11 inches, or A4 paper, 210 × 297 millimeters. Select the PDF matching your paper.
Open it in a PDF reader. Print portrait, single-sided, at actual size or 100%. Turn off booklet and multiple-pages-per-sheet settings.
Print one test page and check the edges. If your printer clips a margin, choose fit-to-printable-area. Black-and-white printing is fine.
You will need a printer, paper, and something to write with. Actual ink use depends on your printer and settings.
Keep it for your household.
The bundle permits unlimited printing and reuse within your household. Keep a personal backup; do not resell or publicly redistribute the PDFs.
